11. Data Security

Tarot Services uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. Tarot Services cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through a security incident.

Florida law requires covered entities and third-party agents to take reasonable measures to protect and secure electronic data containing certain personal information. 13. Florida Privacy Rights

Florida law may provide certain privacy rights to eligible consumers. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies only to controllers that meet statutory applicability requirements and does not apply to every business or every category of information.

Subject to applicable law, an eligible Florida consumer may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether Tarot Services processes the consumer’s personal information;
  • Access personal information processed by Tarot Services;
  • Correct inaccuracies in personal information;

Tarot Services may supplement this Privacy Policy with state-specific notices where required.
