The information and experiences provided by Tarot Services are not intended to constitute and should not be understood as:

  • Professional legal, medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, investment, tax, insurance, employment, business, or other professional advice;
  • A diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or cure of any medical or mental-health condition;
  • A prediction, guarantee, or representation that any particular event will occur;

Any statements concerning possible future events, outcomes, relationships, opportunities, or circumstances are speculative and should not be treated as factual predictions or guarantees.

3. Software Disclaimer

The software, applications, websites, platforms, digital tools, algorithms, automated features, and other technology provided by Tarot Services may produce or display content based on user inputs, programmed rules, randomization, artificial intelligence, spiritual or symbolic systems, tarot concepts, or other methods.

Software-generated or software-displayed content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. The software is not designed or intended to replace professional judgment or advice.

You should independently verify any information before relying on it. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Tarot Services DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Tarot Services does not warrant that:

  • The services or software will be available at any particular time or location;
  • The services or software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
  • Defects or errors will be corrected;
  • The services or software will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components;
  • The information will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable; or
  • The services or software will satisfy your requirements or achieve any particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties. To the extent that any such exclusion is prohibited, the applicable warranty will be limited to the minimum duration and scope permitted by law.

5. No Professional Relationship

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily using the readings, software, content, and services and that you are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, and results.

You agree not to rely exclusively on any reading, interpretation, software output, or other material when making decisions involving your health, safety, finances, legal rights, relationships, employment, education, or other significant interests.

If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. The services and software provided by Tarot Services are not emergency services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Tarot Services AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, READERS, DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

  • Your use of or inability to use any reading, service, software, website, application, platform, or content;
  • Any decision made or action taken in reliance on a reading, interpretation, software output, or other information;
  • Any error, omission, interruption, delay, defect, security incident, or unavailability;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your information; or
  • Any other matter relating to the services or software,

WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF Tarot Services HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF Tarot Services FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, SOFTWARE, READINGS, CONTENT, OR THIS DISCLAIMER WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. The amount you paid to Tarot Services for the specific service or software giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. One hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The services or software may contain links to, integrations with, or references to third-party websites, products, services, applications, or content. Tarot Services does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or content.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, conditions, privacy policies, warranties, and fees.

9. Florida Law and Venue

This Disclaimer and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the readings, services, software, content, or your relationship with Tarot Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, the parties agree that the state courts located in Alachua County, Florida, and, where federal jurisdiction exists, the appropriate federal court serving Alachua County, Florida, will be the exclusive venue and forum, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. No Waiver

The failure of Tarot Services to enforce any provision of this Disclaimer will not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

12. Changes to This Disclaimer

Tarot Services may revise this Disclaimer from time to time. The revised Disclaimer will become effective when posted or otherwise made available, unless a different effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the readings, services, software, websites, applications, or content after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
